Dunnock
I got settled in to my B&B in Jedburgh then went into the town for dinner. I was told it took 4 minutes..... umm... 'cos I took my camera it took me over an hour.

Across the road from the house was a bit of rough riparian slope leading down to a burn, but high above my head I could hear a Chiffchaff, but no way would it come into view, so I had to make do with this little Dunnock.

I heard Chiffchaffs virtually every day, but didn't manage one picture!

A beautiful image of this delightful little Dunnock in a lovely setting and a great narrative, Delia !!! Thanks for sharing.

Thats a lovely wee Dunny capture Delia...No idea if the Thrush I'm my pic is a juvenile? No obvious yellow gape, but it was quite tame foraging under the picnic tables at Titchwell.

Sweet little Dunnock shot Delia... here's to lots more and have a great holiday.

Great capture,Delia !!! Going to be on more. The birds have been slow here.Plus I been doing to much reading lol

Smart Dunny Delia, shame about the Chiffchaff.....always easier to hear than see. Better luck next time!!!
