Dusky but Glossy
On the far side of the lagoon was a Glossy Ibis feeding in the company of two Dusky Moorhens.
Habitat
Freshwater lagoon
Location
Buckley's Hole, Bribie Island, Queensland
Date taken
4 October 2019
Scientific name
Plegadis falcinellus, Gallinula tenebrosa

Fuji Finepix HS50 Sports Mode Continuous
Next to the Glossy, those Duskies seem larger than "our" Eurasian (aka Common) Moorhens, but according to sites I've checked on-line, they're in the same size range.
