Eastern Gray Squirrel (Sciurus carolinensis carolinensis: Sciuridae) at the base of a lobolly pine.
Habitat
Pineywoods vegetation area, mixed pine/hardwood bottomland forest adjacent to the San Jacinto River, manicured park with native vegetation at 43 m (140 ft) elevation.
Location
McDade Park, FM 2854 on the west side of the San Jacinto River, Conroe, Montgomery County, Texas, USA.
