Eastern Screech-Owl
Red morph - something of a rarity in this part of Ontario (all my previous sightings have been Grey morph). Found during my 2023 fall visit and showed (sometimes with a Grey morph bird) well off and on during the day and evening becoming a very well watched bird by birders, photographers and the general public given its' park location.

Real nice...it certainly blends in well with the inner parts of the tree trunk.

Great close-up of this cute red morph! Lovely setting with it perched in the opening. Terrific CB Allen! TFS!
