Eastern Towhee Male

Eastern Towhee Male (pipilo erythrophthalmus)

He's never perched where I reside, and he's rather difficult to snare a picture of when you have your chances. Got a few and thought maybe this is one of the better pictures. I have seen one the other day that had a bracelet. I thought that was really cool but the photo wasn't too great and he looked kind of mad. I don't know much about those bracelets but curious how many are tagged. Birds in general.
