Egyptian Geese

This tiny chick was with its parents and it appeared to be the only one. It could be something to do with the numerous Gulls circling overhead. I hope this little bundle of fluff will survive.

Very lovely. A wonderful picture of this very small family. Too sad that so many bird chicks cannot survive. Hope the adult birds can protect it from the carnivores around them.

Awwww, so cute! Standing just like Daddy (or is that Mummy?) :D I hope too that they manage to defend it.

It is sad to know so many youngsters are taken. I do believe the fewer goslings or ducklings Geese and duck parents have to look after the higher their success rate is to reaching adult hood. Stunning picture Carann!!!!! TFS!!!
