Again, I am new to birding and do not know what kind of bird this is. He/she was simply sitting quietly in the fog, so I grabbed my camera. Lucky me. :)
It maybe a juvenile Northern Mockingbird. If it wasn't singing it must of been a peaceful morning. I like how you captured all the spider webs, look at that one under the bird.
I agree with Oppie on the ID (quite long tail, greyish mantle, fine bill, very vocal...) and love how you got the bird among that "sea" of twigs! A neat and moody habitat shot, girl!!! :t: :t: :t:
And don't worry about the identifications, you will learn, this is a great site to do it, plenty of helpful people! Hope you keep visiting us and you enjoy it... the only problem is that it is addictive!
