Seems a bit silly to post a Christmas style Robin on NewYears day - but he was taken an hour ago - waiting for me to renew the food supplies - hope you have all had a great New Years Eve, and not feeling too "tired" today.
Habitat
garden
Location
Cheshire
Date taken
1 January 2010
Scientific name
Erithacus rubecula
Equipment used
50d +400mm f5.6
Not tired Kim, just had a few hours out on the lash to top up the alcohol levels, but might be tired a little later. Lovely Robbie image, Happy New Year to you and your family young lady.

Can never be silly to post a brilliant image Kim!! regardless of the species, mate, hope you had a good on, Cherub, :t::t::t:

What a great shot, beautiful colours against a dramatic background. What a joy it must be to see these brightly coloured little birds amongst the snow.
