'Excitement Plus' (Malurus cyaneus)

I was walking back from filling the horse trough this morning and decided to cross into the next paddock and this little fellow and two females were foraging under the Xmas trees! This is the first time that I have photographed the male and he stayed around for quite a while, thought that I could share with you all!!

Yes, indeed I have not seen fluffy feathers like that either. Maybe he just finished some business with the 2 females behind the xmas trees.
