An unknown species of palm tree in the botanic gardens. I couldn't resist this view from directly beneath the leaf. I hope somebody else might enjoy it too.

wow, this is so beautiful, i don't know how i miss it.

they do look like the ones we call here the washontonian, but the color is different. maybe if you have a shot of the whole tree i know someone who has a nursery of many types of palms, even the exotic ones, he might help.
