Female Yellow-tailed Black Cockatoo
A miserable day here this morning:foggy,drizzling,but when a good bird(in fact several) turn up there is no stopping us trying to get some photos.This is a best we got despite the adverse conditions.

Bit closer than my last visit Hans . Nice one mate . Still miserable here also , at least I managed to get a 15 klm walk in .

What a beautiful cockatoo this one is - OK I know it's not b/w but black and yellow is a good substitute LOL.

A super picture this my friend. Sometimes I think the softer light you get in the rain can produce some lovely images - just wish I could get the settings right to make the most of it. You've nailed it though!!!

That fog gives the image a lovely ethereal quality.
