Field Sparrow (Spizella pusilla)

This is my first image of this species and I think only the second time I had ID'ed one, but I don't think the bird is uncommon. A lot of birds I just don't come across.

Great capture and picture of this lovely Sparrow Teto. We only get them in the winter months. They are always a treat. Great spot and focusing among all those branches. Excellent!!!!!

A lovely little sparrow... I've not heard of this one before Tee. What a great picture you've got.
 
Congrats on your first capture of this little guy tetoneon...he is sure in a safe place with all of those spikes to protect him.
