Fieldfare in Tree (Turdus pilaris)

There were several flocks of these flying about at Strumpshaw yesterday and I saw four of them land on top of a tree nearby. I managed to get a couple of shots before they flew away again. It was a lovely, sunny morning but very windy so I was having trouble holding the camera steady. Ron

You did well to catch it at all let alone in such great lighting. Such flighty birds. A lovely capture.
