Fieldfare

This fieldfare is a garden first and has taken possession of our apple tree, that has been speared with apples. It chases off all comers. Funny I thought flock birds would be good at sharing.Blackbirds beware!

Lovely winters capture here Mary, well done you...We had one of these show up in the garden a few years ago. It took total control of the garden, and the Blackbirds never got a look in.

Yes, you'd think they would be used to sharing, wouldn't you. I had one appear (for the first time) in a neighbours tree, and disappeared and came back with another one.
