Final Approach
Living space in colony of 5000 birds is limited to say the least - there is almost no room for photographers!
Returning from feeding,this bird had already tried to land 7 or 8 times - at the very last minute, she would either be travelling too fast, or there would be another bird trying to land in the area so she would abort the landing.
It was not difficult to move into position as she began to circle round again for the next attempt.
