Flamingos... for a Peaceful New Year (Phoenicopterus Roseus)

I have not many pictures at the same levels of yours... :o)
but it's a pleasure for me today, share with you one of my favourite pictures of 2008. It was my first time with the powerful (and heavy!) beauty of the 500 mm: a brief (but wonderful) holiday at Comacchio Valleys (River Po), last summer.
I hope it's a good wish for a peaceful and handsome new year...

Oh, Alba, this picture is a marvel... an embrace and kiss from Flamingos!!! ;) Would have been a wonderful pic to post in Saint Valentine's Day!!! o:)
