Fluffed (Spinus spinus)

Last post of the Siskins for a while. Haven't seen them in my garden since mid-May. I'm guessing they're all up in the woods now. This winter I only saw them downtown, in gardens near the river and fjord. Then in April-May there was a rush of them at the feeder. I think maybe they stopped by my garden for a few days of feasting on their way up to the woods to breed. They might have passed me by entirely, but the cold spring this year maybe slowed their move.
