Gosh... I've never seen it cold enough here for that to happen to passerines!! My ponies often had icicles on their manes and tails overnight and rattled as I brought them into the stables LOL.

A most beautiful image of this bird. Gorgeous colours. The frost on its tail is a nice touch. He must have brushed past some frosty leaves, I suppose.

Superb capture Donny :t: Great exposure here, and those details are beautiful. I find getting a good shot of them in the Sun has it's difficulties.
