Garganey
Gosh I'm tired... having got back from my holiday on Saturday evening, my birding pal wanted to go to Kinnordy on Sunday and then leave to go to Fife at 6.30am on Monday.

Sooo I'll start with the Kinnordy visit on Sunday when I at last saw the Garganey, a Lifer for me and quite a rarity up here. I'd tried to see one many years ago at Chichester, but it'd either gone or was in hiding. There's now a pair on the loch (.... I wonder), however they had their heads under the water for the majority of the time LOL.

I rather liked this back of the head view.

I'll try and catch up with all your pictures shortly, but have to go out again this afternoon (thought I was retired!!)
