Go Away! (Accipiter cooperii)

Please let me know if I'm wrong and this is a sharpie. I was in my garden with the camera when this hawk landed on the fence gate not 15 ft. from me. It looked at me and even let me turn and point the camera at it. After a few pics, it flew to a bird bath on the other side of the garden. It allowed me to again walk up close and it wasn't a bit startled when my dog walked right up to it. After taking a drink, it then jumped to a weather vane and just watched me as I continued to photograph it before it eventually flew off into the trees. Quite an experience for me to be able to see it up close.

How do you manage to tame your raptors like that?Putting out bits of rump steak?Which ever way;this is a great image of a possibly hand raised bird.which has been released. We once reared a Common Buzzard that behaved this way!
