Beautiful bird! To me. it looks more like the Golden-fronted Woodpecker taxon resident in the Yucatan- bill looks too long. Yucatan Woodpecker has a shorter bill and wider white bars on upperparts (?). Differences between two species reminiscent to those between Hairy and Downy Woodpeckers.
