Goosander (female) (Mergus Merganser)

I was attempting to photograph Sand Martins and noticed this goosander swimming over the river where some nice reflections had been created by a builders hoardings. I just wish I was a bout a second quicker taking the image so that the colourful reflections extended to the top of the image. The image made 'Picture of the Day' in the Manchester Evening News which of course I was chuffed about.
