Got it right this time (I think) (Contopus virens)

Yesterday I posted what I thought was an Eastern Phoebe, but looking at it today with a clearer head and just taking this shot, I belive I got it right this time.
By the way, this morning I knew it'd be a good day, hearing the Red Shouldered Hawk and a couple of Pileated Woodpeckers, of which I got pictures (not good enough to post), also of a Yellow Rumped Warbler and a Chipping Sparrow, along with the regulars

With the all black bill, I would have guessed an Eastern Phoebe. But you may be right. Regardless, it's a wonderful shot.

there seems to be as slight yellow tinge to the lower part of the bill so I would say you are correct, I haven't noticed white markings before on a pheobe. The only other possibility could be the least flycatcher but they are about an inch smaller - great shot though!

I couldn't see the yellow tinge last night but I just expanded this shot and, like Jamie says, it's slightly yellow.

Yes, beautiful, Gunter!!! :bounce: :t: :t: And enjoy that great assortment of birds you have around at the moment, cheers!

Thanks for all the nice comments.
Since I knew this bird likes to perch on that particular branch, I moved a lawn chair as close as I could out in the open to get a good look and he obliged by posing for what seemed to be an hour.
