I'm presuming (hoping that this is the nominate subspecies?) and as it's a much clearer image than the one currently showing on the Opus page, I'll upload your own there shortly.
I guess the subspecies is Sicalis luteola luteiventris. That one is found in Brazilians States of Mato Grosso, Mato Grosso do Sul, Goias, Minas Gerais, Sao Paulo, Parana, Santa Catarina and Rio Grande do Sul.
