Great crested grebe (Podiceps cristatus)

Great crested grebe - The forecast yesterday for the Levels was cloudless skies. Lol. Total cloudcover which you can see in this photo.
Habitat
Lowland lakes, gravel pits, reservoirs and rivers. Also found along coasts in winter.

.... but obviously a beautifully still day!!! That reflection is just lovely.

A super picture you've taken of this grebe - very well done Keith.

That's a place I've not yet visited unfortunately.
