Usually it is preferable that flight captures show the bird flying toward the viewer. However, the fantastic shadow on the wing in this image pretty much negate any such preferences. The fish is an added bonus. Proper exposure of white birds is problematic, but not here. Well done! regards~Bill

The dynamics in this shot are compelling. I have seen many shots where the bird is not flying towards the photographer. Infact the grand-prize winning shot of this bird in "BirdersWorld" magazine was of a bird shot from below. This is excellent. :t: :t: :t: :t: :clap: :clap:
