Great Kiskadee (Pitangus sulphuratus texanus) in a mesquite tree.
Habitat
South Texas Plains vegetation area, Lower Rio Grande Valley, adjacent to Arroyo Colorado, Tamaulipan thornscrub (reclaimed land from an old dump site) at 6 m (20 ft) elevation.
