Great Spotted Woodpecker (Dendrocopos major)

Female bird. I don't know what she's looking at. "Somewhere over the rainbow, way up high..."

Heard today that my Mum (in the care home) who will be 94 tomorrow, has had her Covid jab. There really does seem light at the end of the Covid tunnel now.

Glad your Mum has had her jab - I agree there’s hope now. My Mum had her second jab last week. She’s 84. Don’t know about your folk, but it was a great relief for us!
