Greater Antillean Grackle
Greater Antillean Grackle (Quiscalus niger brachypterus) Seven subspecies are recognized with only subspecies brachypterus being mapped for Puerto Rico. Photographed in Parque Muoz Rivera on the northeastern edge of the Islet of San Juan, east of Old San Juan, Puerto Rico, USA on the Atlantic Ocean side. Urban park planted with cultivated trees, shrubs, vines, and flowers at ca. 8 m (26 ft) elevation.
