Habitat
Mid-level cloud forest situated between Volcán Viejo and Volcán Poas at 1,535 m (5,036 ft) elevation. Central Volcanic Mountain Range, Caribbean-slope.
Location
Trails at Catarata del Toro, northeast of the village of Bocas del Toro, Alajuela Province, Costa Rica.
