A first for me. I have travelled all over the North West looking for this bird and this one was literally around the corner from my house on a walkway along the Bridgewater Canal in Boothstown. You couldn't make it up!!! I know its not the best shot in the world but if you had seen the excitement in me when I took the shots you would have certified me into the asylum!!!!
