I haven't posted here for quite a while, but I'm now back for a bit. Here's a common local bird with a characteristic chatty song and a "mieaow" like call.
I'm going to have to learn what brings these birds in. I'm in N.S. too and I've only ever seen this bird twice, and only once got a photo of it. Anyway, yours is a great capture of this handsome bird, nicely done!
