We've had a bit of snow here recently so I've tried to take advantage of it.

and you sure did!!! splendid photo of this greenfinch who doesn't seem to appreciate the snow too much, great pose and colors, top class, many tfs!!!

Well done. A beautiful close-up of this greenfinch.

I believe the siskins are from Northern Europe because ours are pretty shy and we do not have so many here. These were not very shy. I just had to wait on our terrace to capture them. Almost twenty siskins came in at the same time. The flock consisted of approx. 40 birds. It is a great feeling to supply these hungry travelers with bird seeds. Guess most of them are in their first year.
