Nice shoot. It does however look more like a hadeda ibis. The glossy ibis has a longer beak and thinner neck.

It's not a Glossy Ibis, it's a Hadada (Hagedash) Ibis!!!
Please get you information correct before posting on here, there are too many people on here very quick to open there mouths before putting there brains in gear
