Half-Hidden-Treasure (Vanellus vanellus)

A bitter morning Sunday, had me sheltered on the riverside beach against the stern of an old iron barge. Out of the wind I managed a few shots, this Lapwing not sure if I was there came fairly close. Some good full profile shots, but - liked this one better.
