Halloween Blue Moon
Halloween Blue Moon. Once in a blue moon and for it to fall on Halloween is extremely rare. A blue moon, on average is every 2.5 years. The last time a blue moon fell on Halloween was 76 years ago. The color is what was seen with the naked eye. The sharpness was not there due to tripod malfunction. The best laid plans of mice and men (lol).
