Happiness (Sialis mexicana)

or at least, the Bluebird thereof. From my evening walk at Sea Ranch today, and a bit of a crop. The birds up here are used to having plenty of space, so even though there's no hunting allowed on Sea Ranch, the birds are quite skitterish. They also have plenty of veeeery tall trees to hang out in, so I'm lucky if I get a close enough view for an ID and extra lucky if I get a decent shot. Still, can't complain. Not with over 50 species so far this trip.
