Happy Holidays everybody (Passer domesticus)

Woops! This one was taken in Europe. Should have been in the GB and Europe category. But oh well, they are ubiquitous. Anyway ...
Seventh cookie variety now done. Last gift packed and ready for delivery tomorrow (plate of cookies for a friend with a back injury). Groceries all in place (and two days left to buy more if there's anything we've forgotten). Rib roast thawing in the fridge ... I think I'm pretty much ready for the holidays. In fact, we've already started. Last night we had a toast for the turning of the sun. Daylight today lasted already a smidgen longer than yesterday |=)|
