Havin A Lark

Havin A Lark (Alauda arvensis)

I was stalking these Skylarks, as they fed and sheltered from the wind, the next minute theres this sh*t machine jumping up my legs, and up and away go the birds. The stupid woman owner of this ill-behaved animal, just stood there and laughed, makes you wonder how some peoples brains, or lack of it, really works. I came back to the area later, and managed to get quite close to these pretty little birds.

Nice one Mali! I know what you mean dogs can be a pain especialy in a nature reserve.
down my local reserve one woman was letting her dog swim in the lake where it says keep all dogs on a lead. :C

Great shot Mali. Beautiful natural setting for this lovely bird. I don't understand people with their dogs either - same sort of thing happens here.

Beautiful image of this bird Mali!!!! wonderful example of cryptic coloration. Great work in spite of the disturbance.
