Helmeted Friarbird I think (Philemon buceroides)

Looking at the shot it could be a Silver-crowned Friarbird Alex. Not really sure but doesn't seem to have the frilled nape.

Can't confirm or deny the species but it sure is an awesome image of this Friarbird Alex.

That's a tricky one. I'm no expert on Friarbirds, but from my books I'd say that in most respects it's Helmeted (gently sloping casque - not erect, face skin leaden grey - not black, underparts brownish - not grey). But there doesn't seem to be any frill on the nape. So don't know!

Lol, I know its in a bottle brush, however I am sure that doesn't help. Gorgeous bird and picture Alex!!! TFS!!!
