Help please!

Thank you for the kind comments about the angry muscovy ducks yesterday.

I know this is a poor shot, but I spotted this bird above the services' car park on the M5 in December and wasn't sure what it was. Buzzard maybe?

Any suggestions gratefully received.

It's a Gull, Kits, but lighting and shadows prevents me from committing myself to a species... and my poor eyesight ;)
 
I am surprised it is a gull as it was waaaaaay bigger than the gulls which were also flying around. Thanks!
 
If it didn't look like a Gull on the day, Kits, post it in the ID forum to check. Although Great Black-backed Gulls are huge, so it could be a juve one of those... But I really can't see well enough to commit to a species
