Hermit Thrush in winter (Catharus guttatus)

An overwintering Hermit Thrush is gracing the garden for the first time this year thanks to the fruiting Chokeberry and American Holly. I have not heard it's amazing song yet , only chuck calls.

How fantastic to have this bird over winter. I've only ever seen one here a few times in the thirty years we've been here. Great capture!
