After the female
... it was the turn
of the male to
come to the tree
... laden with
fruits ...not so
forbidden ... as it
was planted by a highly
spiritual person ...

There was this young
Japanese architect
in Tokyo ... in
late 1950s ... who
happened to read the
spiritual classic
"Autobiography of a Yogi"
... by Paramhansa Yogananda

... and was so influenced
by it that he decided
to give his life to
the cause of spirituality
... and spend rest of
his life as an ascetic ...

After being accepted in
the YSS / SRF order of
Monks he had to move
to California where the
Headquarters of SRF are
located ...

... but it had not been
long after WW2 ...
and America
was still suspicious
of Japan and Japanese ...
... so ... the newly
initiated Monk came
to India instead ... the
seat of YSS ...

He rose to great level
of realization ... and
was in-charge of the
Ashram in Dwarahat where
the Medical Camp is
held ... till

In his eighties ... still
can outpace much younger
people ... though has
shifted to
Ranchi headquarters
of YSS now ...

It is .. he ... who
planted and nurtured
this tree

Another great closeup of this Woodpecker Alok and not a big difference between the male and female. A beautiful image buddy!
