Hooded Merganser (Lophodytes cucullatus)

It was good to see these guys in Florida. They were much closer to me than the ones I see back home in Michigan. Also, there was none of the ice that usually covers at least a third of the lakes when I normally see them.

Very nice Hooded photos zerb. I was there 12/30 and 12/31, so we most likely have images of the same birds.
