Eastern-slope of the Andes, interspersed montane forest, cloud forest and elfin forest at ca. 2,924 m (9,593 ft) elevation.

Manu Road above Wayquecha Lodge, northeast of Challabamba, Cusco Department, Per.

What a lovely picture you've taken of this tanager Stanley.... such pretty birds, aren't they.
