Hoodlums (Babblers) (Pomatostomus temporalis)

The Grey-crowned babblers are a gregarious bird. They are found in tight family groups and seem to get up to lots of mischief. They are not common and are threatened in many areas. This group I spotted at a research station and are usually throwing sticks or investigating whatever catches their attention. This group are reliable sightings are now being studied.
