Well, we hope for snow here! Loads of it. Last year we had very little snow and then a warm, dry Spring. Loads of plants dried out, including pretty much all the blueberries and lingonberries. They're only now beginning to recover. We still have some berries in the freezer from earlier years, but we hope there's enough snow this winter to shelter the plants through the cold and water them in Spring.
of course he was fine with you guys feeding him and if like me you shovelled the snow away and kept his water supply ice free.always makes me shiver watching birds bathe in the snow.brrrrrrrrrrrrrrr i hope we dont get snow.super image sue&simon.
