House Sparrows (Passer domesticus)

Another counting job for you.... think I've got 7 (sorry Kev);)!

They'd had a feed, and were digesting it before going in for a top up!

I didn't make the dentist... you should've seen the snow!!! Re-scheduled for Christmas Eve... oh well!! I'll try and process a picture I took of the snow falling later. It doesn't look like melting today either, unfortunately. Having broken my wrist in the snow a few years ago, I'm pretty nervous about venturing out in it now.

Hi Delia! I counted them again today and there are seven of them in the hedge , maybe eight , because I can't decide if the brown blob in the top right end corner is a leaf or a bird. A lovely group capture of your lively neighbours.
