How do I get at it?
The wee birds are playing hard to get just now, this picture from a couple of days ago.

Pray for some nice weather over the weekend, I'm hoping to go on a Waxwing hunt! Its a couple of years since I've seen any.

Lovely shot Delia, the blue and coal tits in the garden are feeding on the seeds or fat balls i put out, but are not touching the peanuts at the moment

Sure youll get them but the BT looks somehow desperate! Lovely capture despite the indecisive look of the BT to brake the feeder, LOL.
Tomorrow good at the beginning but on sunday there is a high chance of rain, oh sorry it is a possible weather forecast for Bavaria, LOL. Iam just not happy about autumn and winter here.
 
This little Bluey is looking at which nut to choose first Delia, lovely capture lass...Well I dont know about the weather, but you should be lucky with your Waxey hunt up there over the border, good luck tomorrow.
