How to bright a dull day (Fringilla coelebs)

Wouldn't it have been the top if I photograph decently a Robin in Sherwood Forest? LOL! :-O I don't complain though, this Chaffy was very welcome posing nicely and close! o Thank you for clicking the thumbnail and the lovely and amusing comments left, you all make a pleasure to share!!! :bounce:

As for the borrowed equipment, well as the bigma was too heavy and I traveled with minimum luggage I didn't bring a lens with me, but borrowed a 100-400mm from Mike, a 400mm from Jamie and in one occasion a 500mm from Simon (lovejoy)! :eek!: Thank you to all of you for that, my friends!!! :t:

Oh, and the cold is still here but slowly I'm beating it!!! :-O
